We embody a work hard play hard culture. As long as deadlines are met and we have regular strategy sessions to ensure everything is operating smoothly, this will largely be a self managed role. There are multiple marketing projects that we are looking to build and launch over the next few months. We are a 100% remote company so all you need is a working computer and reliable internet connection.
Travel is not required but if the opportunity arises to work out of our Miami headquarters, El Salvador contact center or join as on the road to drum up new business opportunities as things start to open back up, we will certainly extend an invite to anyone interested.

This position is will essentially be the heart of the digital marketing team and own the processes governing our database. Responsibilities include:
Input, edit, and organize sales/marketing data in CRM
Maintain strict data integrity standards and database hygiene
Manage sales/marketing email and lead lists
Prepare, consolidate and present sales/marketing reports
Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities
Own preparation and organization of lead lists
Track ROI and present potential opportunities
